1. General Boy Alone reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Product Authenticity All products sold on BoyAlone.ca are 100% authentic. We source and verify every item before it is listed or shipped. Counterfeit or replica items are never sold on our platform.

3. Products & Pricing We strive to display our products, descriptions, and prices accurately. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Orders Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or other legitimate business reasons.

5. Shipping Orders are shipped using the best available carrier for your region — including Canada Post (Canada), USPS (United States), and DHL or local postal carriers (international). Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Boy Alone is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

6. Returns & Refunds Customers have 7 days from delivery date after delivery to inspect their order and request a return if eligible under our Refund & Return Policy. After this 7-day period, all sales are final. Limited edition, collaboration, and final sale items are non-returnable.

7. Intellectual Property All content on BoyAlone.ca — including logos, graphics, product images, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of Boy Alone and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Boy Alone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

9. Privacy Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at support@boyalone.ca. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the governing law outlined below.

11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the Province of New Brunswick.
