Shipping Carriers We partner with the best carriers in each region to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Processing Time We take up to 3 business days to carefully prepare and pack your order before it's handed off to the carrier (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Boy Alone is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your package directly on your carrier's website.
Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Boy Alone is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
